Our production process begins with forging raw metal into surgical instrument shapes, followed by precise milling and filing. Instruments then undergo tempering for strength before meticulous setting and polishing for smoothness. Passivation removes impurities, and rigorous sterilization ensures cleanliness. Finally, instruments are carefully packed for distribution. Each step, from forging to packing, reflects our commitment to excellence, ensuring surgical instruments of the highest quality, reliability, and safety for healthcare professionals.
Our Process

1. Technical Drawing
This is the initial phase where detailed drawings and specifications of the product are created, outlining dimensions, materials, and manufacturing processes.
2. Forging
In forging, the metal is shaped by applying compressive force using a hammer or press. This step is crucial for forming the basic structure of the product.
3. Milling & Grinding
Milling involves cutting and shaping the product using a rotating cutting tool, while grinding smoothens the surface through abrasion, ensuring precise dimensions and a refined finish.
4. Temper
Tempering is a heat treatment process that enhances the mechanical properties of the metal, such as toughness and elasticity, by heating and cooling it in a controlled manner.
5. Filing and Setting
Filing involves removing excess material and refining edges or surfaces using files, while setting involves arranging and securing components together to form the final product.
6. Passivation
This step involves treating the metal surface to remove contaminants and enhance corrosion resistance, crucial for products used in demanding environments.
7. Polishing
Polishing is done to achieve a smooth and shiny surface finish, enhancing the aesthetics and often improving resistance to corrosion and wear
8. Final Checking
Here, the product undergoes thorough inspection and testing to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications before moving to the next stage.
9. Etching
Etching is a process used for adding designs, logos, or information onto the surface of the product through chemical or laser etching methods.
10. Sterilization
For products requiring sterility, such as medical instruments, sterilization is performed using methods like autoclaving, ensuring they are free from harmful microorganisms.
11. Packing
The final step involves carefully packaging the product, often with protective materials, labels, and instructions, readying it for storage, shipping, or distribution to customers.
